Include your business name and, if it's about a particular invoice or payment, the invoice number. That lets us find it straight away.
How do I… in Duet Pay for iPhone
- Pair a Square reader. Open Settings and tap Card reader. Turn Bluetooth on, hold the reader's power button until its lights flash, then tap Pair a reader. The first time, your iPhone asks to use Bluetooth and your location; taking cards in person needs both. This version of the app works with Square's Bluetooth readers.
- Take a card in person. Tap Quick charge, enter the amount, pick a customer or skip, and tap Charge. Or open an invoice from Sales and tap Take a payment. Choose the card option and follow Square's screen; your customer taps or inserts their card. Cash and check are recorded at the cash price.
- Send an invoice. Tap Send an invoice, add the customer and what you're charging for, and send it. Your customer gets an email showing both prices and a link to pay. On the web, go to Invoices and choose New invoice.
- Refund a payment. Open the payment from Sales and tap Refund. On the web, open the invoice and choose Refund payment, enter the amount, and confirm. Refunds go back the way the customer paid and can take a few business days to show on their statement.

Closing your account
Email hello@duetpay.io from the address on your account and ask us to close it. We confirm by email, stop any recurring billing you set up, and close the account. What we keep afterwards, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
